The Problem.

Launching a co-working startup during a global pandemic posed challenges, prompting the need for a completely contactless user experience.

Target Audience.

Small and medium-sized businesses, as well as individuals seeking premium co-working spaces.

Research.

In addition to researching competitors like WeWork, AirBnB, and luxury hotel groups such as Accor to understand best practices and challenges in booking flows, we conducted user research. This research, which included surveys, interviews, and usability testing, helped us gain insights into user preferences, pain points, and behaviors related to co-working space bookings.

Our Design Process.

We developed a comprehensive design system to maintain consistent design patterns and ensure future flexibility, making the entire application more adaptable to handling design changes effectively. In addition, we created a high-fidelity prototype for usability testing and client review, ensuring that any issues were identified and resolved before finalizing the design.

The Final Design.

We designed a contactless booking experience, allowing users to check in without human interaction. Our final design features a photography-heavy interface, showcasing The Atom's interior design and reflecting its high-end brand.
