Our recommended reading list for prospective Mäd team members, and all those seeking inspiration.
The Socratic paradox states 'I know that I know nothing'. Essentially, by continuously learning, we broaden our knowledge whilst highlighting the vast gaps in our thinking. Yet, the pursuit of wisdom is infinitely much more valuable than a foolish assumption that we've learned all that we need to know.
We've discussed the growth mindset previously, and regularly mention the ever-growing Mäd library, so it seems natural to share some excellent book suggestions.
In no particular order, here are some insightful reads to help you #ThinkLikeMäd.
